的一个.S. 55奖 is a recognition of distinction for student leaders who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to 圣何塞州立大学 and who continually give back 致社会. Up to 12 students will be chosen by the A.S. 55遴选委员会 来领奖. Awardees will be recognized at the 12th Annual 菠菜网lol正规平台 Student Leadership Gala on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the Diaz Compean Student Union Ballroom 以及通过直播.

• Fully matriculated: undergraduate students (6 units per semester) or graduate students (每学期三门)
• Completed a minimum of 12 semester units

Important Dates: Spring 2024

4月5日星期五: Nomination must be submitted no later than 11:59pm. When nominating a student, please allow for ample time for nominee to complete online 提名表格.
4月12日星期五: Application and Letter of Recommendation must be received via e-mail no later than 11:59pm.
4月26日星期五: Selected awardees will be notified via e-mail. An invitation to the gala will be 包括.
5月7日星期二: A.S. 55 awardees to be recognized at the 菠菜网lol正规平台 Student Leadership Gala.

Honoring Those Who Make A Difference

Honoring and recognizing the unsung heroes of 圣何塞州立大学; those students who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to 菠菜网lol正规平台 and have continually given back to the campus or local communities.

Student Organization Awards

菠菜网lol正规平台 is home to over 450 Recognized Student Organizations. 这些组织包括 fraternities and sororities, academic and honorary societies, cultural and religious groups, special interest organizations, and club sports. These organizations are where many Spartans develop leadership skills, find community, and create long-lasting friendships and memories that carry with them beyond 菠菜网lol正规平台. Both individual student leaders and their student organizations will be honored and celebrated for their purposeful contributions to 菠菜网lol正规平台 and the greater community.

The 团结网络 of 菠菜网lol正规平台 is a coalition of student affairs centers fostering student leadership through multiple identities while establishing a social justice 基金会. It is comprised of the students and staff of:
